Congress fees
- Registration fee: DKK 2.295,00
- Student registration: DKK 1.895,00
The registration, hotel and social events are charged in Danish Kroner (DKK). Conference fee is VAT free.
Prices include the congress itself, lunch three days, and coffee, tea and refreshments during breaks. You also get a huge discount (only DKK 100) on the Saturday night congress dinner.
Cancellation of the congress together with the social event
Before April 1, 2023: The full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK400 and any transaction fees which might be.
From April 1, 2023: No refund on the cancellations (cancellations due to visa refusals exempt). Transfer of the congress ticket and hotel room to another person is free of charge.
Cancellation of hotel
For cancellations or reductions made before March 31, 2023, the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK 350 and any transaction fees which might inccur. After this date no refunds will be made. Cancellation of an existing booking can be made by sending an e-mail to: reg@meetingplanners.dk
